What Deck is
Deck is a desktop app that runs several coding agents at the same time, each one on its own task, without losing track of what any of them is doing.
The idea
A coding agent is fast, but it works alone and at its own pace. The moment you open a second one, the bottleneck stops being the agent and becomes you: terminal windows scattered around, branches switched by hand, one agent waiting for approval while you stare at the other.
Deck takes care of that part. Each task becomes a session, with its own agent, its own folder and its own branch. The screen shows all of them at once, and the one that needs you lights up. When the work is done, the diff is right there beside it and the pull request goes out without switching apps.

What it does
- Runs agents in parallel. Claude Code, Codex and Grok, each in its own session, in the same project or in different ones.
- Isolates each task. A session can start in a worktree of its own, with a separate folder and branch, so two agents never write over each other.
- Shows you where everyone stands. Working, asking permission, turn finished or stopped, with a system notification when someone needs you.
- Puts the diff next to the terminal. You read it, fix what you want in the built-in editor and carry on, without leaving the session.
- Takes the work to the merge. Pull requests with checks and discussion inside the app, and ClickUp and GitHub tasks in the same inbox.
- Keeps the sessions up. On macOS they live in a tmux server of their own and survive closing or updating the app.
What it does not do
It is worth saying what Deck is not, so you do not go looking for what is not there:
- It is not an agent. It organizes the agents you already use, with the accounts and subscriptions that are already yours.
- It is not an editor. The built-in editor is there for quick fixes and diff review. The project opens in your editor with one click.
- It is not cloud. There is no copy of your code on a server of ours, and no syncing between computers.
What you need
- macOS with Apple Silicon or Windows 10 version 1903 or newer, or Windows 11.
- At least one terminal agent installed, such as Claude Code, already signed in.
- A Deck account, created with email and password or with your Google account.
- On macOS, tmux if you want the sessions to survive closing the app.
Deck is free. What you pay for is the subscription or the credits of each agent, directly with whoever offers that agent.
